Mike served 28 Years in the United States Navy retiring in 2015 at the rank of Captain.  He served the first 6 years as a Surface Warfare Officer and then transitioned to the Civil Engineer Corps where he held numerous leadership positions most notably;  Operations Officer NAVFAC Southwest, Commanding Officer Officer-In-Charge of Construction MCIWEST, Commanding Officer NAVFAC Hawaii and Vice Commander NAVFAC Pacific.  Mike successfully led the Department of the Navy’s largest construction program since WW II which included the New Camp Pendleton Hospital, MV-22 Program at MCAS Miramar, JSF Program as MCAS Yuma.  An accomplished leader, an innovator and a strong proponent of partnering Mike is a welcome addition to our winning team.
